Khloé Kardashian lost her cool after her long-awaited meeting with Dolly Parton was nearly derailed on the latest episode of The Kardashians.
The 41-year-old reality star was vibrating with excitement after finally getting to meet the 79-year-old country music icon after having been a fan for years.
But during her trip to Nashville to interview Dolly for her Khloé In Wonderland podcast, a delicate paper-wrapped bouquet that she bought as a present for the songstress was apparently ruined by her bodyguard.

After a night of partying at Nashville’s bars — while her sister Kim was having a crisis over her impending bar exam — Khloé thought she was ready for her big interview, and she had selected a lovely bouquet of pink flowers decorated with fake butterflies.
Instead of a vase, the flowers were wrapped in delicate layers of paper with an attached bow and placed in a bland gray bucket for ease of travel.
But once Khloé and her friend Malika Haqq, who had accompanied her to Nashville as moral support, arrived at the studio in Nashville to meet Dolly, Khloé’s bodyguard appeared to inadvertently demolish the delicate flower setup.

The bodyguard, who Khloé revealed was in his first week of working for her, appeared to be fidgeting with the paper surrounding the flowers as he pulled them from the trunk of her SUV, before the driver grabbed the large wad of paper.

Her security guard mumbled something about the paper being wet, possibly from water sloshing around while the roses were in the trunk.
‘They didn’t need to be in water…’ Khloé moaned under her breath.
‘Men…’ one of the women accompanying her sighed, and another muttered, ‘What an idiot.’
Khloé worried that she would be making a terrible first impression when she met Dolly and didn’t have a gift for her.

The singer added that she thought ‘people should dress according to how they feel.’
In her confessional, Khloé admitted to feeling some shame for not always sticking to her guns about her own appearance and letting people suggest show she should look, though she felt more confident about putting her foot down now that she was older and more mature.
The interview took place two months after Dolly’s husband Carl Dean had died, and she mentioned how she could happily stay at home away from the world with him before his death.
